Particles (GO+others) and polymers in the blood turn into hydrogels → transform into fibers (reduction to rGO), which convert the charge into magnetism → the phone reads this. And vice versa, via magnetic pulses close to our smart devices and LED lamps and cars, etc.

But I gather that if it's the only thing to stop vibrations, zaps, tinnitus, neuropathy, fascicular syndrome and blowing GO into a tissue and having it leak from tear ducts, one should attempt it. Or drink the EZ water packets. Or at least take magnesium, potassium and glutathione.
I don't know about the commercialisation of EZ water - Pollack recommends green juices and cold exposure also increases our EZ water charge / bio-electricity, which prevents cancer... anti-oxidants from natural sources are what I really focus on and what I can do all the time (not medical advice of course)!

I personally think that much of the literature is deceptive- to hide the way they go into our EZ water charge and from there, they turn it into magnetism through these fibers in our blood (Occam's razor - the other frequencies are amplified through nanoparticles... all the quantum stories are deceptive too)- this is why I recommend reading through the article slowly. I explain why DNA is just EZ Water charge and everything is cross referenced! ... thank you for your patience :)
