Little correction : I wrote 99% of molecular "weight" is water, but I meant the molecular count! If we would count every single water molecule, that would be 99% water - the volume is about 2/3 of our body of course! The liquid crystalline or semi-solid / solid crystal nature of our being is all encompassing, when we consider that aperiodic code is fiction... proteins are basically crystals... not liquid like but also not entirely solid!
