And besides the usual "oh exercise is good cause x,y,z" I started studying myself and I mean just in a short example, when my body is moving GOOD, like proprioception is increased, I feel the body as one whole unit from toe to head and its just flowing like water right (and this can be with weight lifting too not purely body weight etc) it just FEELS good.. FEELS smooth etc. This in turn makes ME feel good, feel smooth, feel fluent/adaptive etc. That brought me to maybe there are even deeper layers to all of that, a more mind/body connection type thing as well and what does the brain/body release or how does the bio-electric system "re calibrate" so to say based on that connection and FEELING you know? I by no way have the means to prove or objectively test anything like this but I have swore by it to myself so long as I just keep my body MOVING and feeling good like that, that is my major "protection" and it hasnt failed me yet (of course I practice good diet etc as best I can) but it was just an interesting inquiry that hit me one day.
